I am a Certified Master Coach with over 15 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and individuals navigate career growth, transition, and leadership development. I have coached professionals across industries and career stages, supporting them in building clarity, confidence, and meaningful, sustainable success.

I previously served as a business and talent development leader in a Fortune 100 company, where I spent more than 15 years developing leaders and high-performing teams.

I am currently a Career Transition Consultant and Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) and a Career Coach with the University of Washington Foster School of Business, supporting MBA students and alumni. In addition to my work with Career Coach Plus, I lead my own practice, Erickson Consulting and Coaching Services, LLC.

I hold BAs in Rhetoric and Dramatic Art, graduate certificates in Training and Human Resources, and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Leadership. I bring a lifelong commitment to learning and growth into my coaching practice.

Raised in a military family, I developed a deep sense of adaptability, curiosity, and empathy - qualities that continue to shape my coaching style today. I live on a small alpaca farm in Oregon, where I enjoy gardening, working with animals, and spending time outdoors. I value time with my family and friends - and love to travel.
