For more than 20 years, I have partnered with professionals and executives across industries to navigate meaningful career transitions and achieve greater clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers. My work spans traditional job searches as well as transitions into high‑level consulting, board service, entrepreneurship, and purpose‑driven retirement pathways.
My leadership development and executive coaching practice centers on helping individuals realize their potential and elevate their impact. I coach private clients and participants in corporate‑sponsored executive programs, guiding them through growth, change, and the pursuit of higher‑level leadership roles.
I am a certified career coach and hold additional certifications in Executive Coaching, Change Management, and Developing Personal Resilience. Over the course of my career, I have built and led large career centers for Microsoft and coached at career centers for Capital One and Verizon. Alongside my private practice, I spent 12 years consulting with the world’s largest international outplacement firm.
With more than 15 years of experience leading job‑search groups, I am a strong advocate for the power of networking. This passion inspired me to create and continue leading an executive networking group as well as a professional women’s networking community.
Before establishing my coaching practice, I served as Vice President of a financial management and executive benefits firm, where my responsibilities included operations, leadership, culture, and client experience. Outside of my professional work, I have contributed to boards in various leadership capacities.
